Metal Supply Hawke's Bay is the number one wholesale aggregate supplies and cartage specialist in Hawke's Bay New Zealand. They specialise in the sale of high-quality crushed aggregate products and provide equipment hire for various construction and landscaping industries.
I was hired to design and build a new website to showcase their exceptional products and services. The goal of the project was to revitalise their online presence and build a site capable of scaling to the expanding needs of their business.
Refresh Metal Supply Hawke's Bays website to expand their marketing presence and provide a seamless user experience for their customers.
The primary objective was to develop a fresh and contemporary brand identity while effectively implementing it through a website design and responsive Webflow site build. Additionally we have plans to launch a comprehensive eCommerce catalog, encompassing all aggregate products and equipment available for hire to facilitate seamless online ordering.

I helped to digitise and automated the account credit application process using Zapier and Docusign. This allows customers to sign up using their name and email via the website which then sends them a digital copy of the contract they need to sign, removing the need for traditional paper work.
To showcase the high-quality photography they had available, I built an animated slider to utilise these images on the homepage.
Lead Designer & Developer
As the lead designer and developer on the Hawke's Bay Metal Supplies website project, my role encompassed a diverse range of contributions. I worked with the company owner Reece to conceptualise and craft a new, modernised look & feel for the site based on their brand persona, ensuring its seamless integration into the website build. Leveraging my expertise in design principles and web development, I crafted an intuitive and visually engaging user interface, optimised for user experience and responsive to all devices.
