Radar Ventures is a private fund based in Australia and New Zealand. They invest globally in companies developing technology solutions to problems affecting humans at global scale.
Radar like to invest in early stage weird science and deep tech born to solve global problems. This includes companies pioneering for innovative solutions in: cancer tech, biotech, alt protein, and defence tech.
I was assigned by Psychoactive Studios to create the website and brand identity of Radar Ventures.
To create a sophisticated lightweight brand identity for Radar Ventures. The deliverables included a typographic logo and single page website with CMS capabilities. The logo had to be optimised for embroidery, stickers and clothing. The goal of the site was to create a sleek and lightweight aesthetic to match Radars sophisticated, future-focused tone.

Psychoactive Studios assigned me to create the brand identity, logo and website.
The first priority of this project was creating a lightweight brand identity. To kick this off we did a high-intensity branding workshop hosted by the project director Andrew Hillstead which set the foundations for the project moving ahead. Following this workshop I began conducting vigorous market research into competitor companies and selecting the design elements necessary to communicate the tone of the Radar brand. Next came the logo design which involved producing 3 high quality concepts. After presenting the brand identity and concepts I refined the most suitable concept and the Radar logo was born. After this came the design and development of the Webflow site.
